We are proud to offer sports programming across our 17 elementary school sites. Space is limited to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for every child, so early enrollment is strongly encouraged. 📅 Season Overview & Key Dates Season Dates: August 31st – November 3rd Games Begin: Week of September 14th Fall Break (No Practices or Games): October 5th – October 16th Championship Game: Tuesday, November 3rd ⏰ Practice & Game Details After-School Practices: Held 3 times a week for approximately 60–75 minutes. (Note: Exact practice days and start times vary by school site). Weekly Games: Held once a week on either Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your school site. Game Schedules: Full game schedules will be published and available on the first day of the season (August 31st). Please Note: Spots fill up quickly! Enrollment is capped per site to maintain proper supervision and guarantee plenty of playing time for all participants.

Space is limited to ensure a safe, competitive, and high-quality experience for all student-athletes, so early enrollment is strongly encouraged. 📅 Season Overview & Key Dates Season Dates: August 31st – November 6th Games Begin: Week of September 14th Fall Break (No Practices or Games): October 5th – October 16th Championship Game: Friday, November 6th ⏰ Before-School Practice Schedule Practices take place before school and begin one hour prior to the school start time: Parkway & Spring Valley Academy (SVA): Practices start at 7:30 AM STEAM Academy & LMAAC: Practices start at 7:00 AM (Note: Exact practice days per week will be confirmed by site coaches prior to the start of the season). 🏀 Game Days & Team Placement JV Games: Held on Mondays Varsity Games: Held on Tuesdays Team Placement: Coaches and League Administration will determine student placement on JV or Varsity teams based on size, age, and skill ability. Game Schedules: Full game schedules will be published and available on the first day of the season (August 31st). Please Note: Spots fill up quickly! Enrollment is capped per site to ensure proper supervision, proper skill development, and ample playing time for all participants.

This school year, transcenDANCE will introduce experienced Teaching Artists to STEAM and SVA. These artists will lead interactive dance classes for 6th to 8th graders, emphasizing movement-based learning through culturally affirming dance styles and fostering creative expression. This approach aims to enhance students' self-awareness, promote various learning methods, and boost confidence, following the best practices in the Creative Youth Development field, outside of regular school hours. Practice days, times, and location: Session: Monday, September 14th, 2026 through Friday, June 11th, 2026 Spring Valley Academy and STEAM Academy in their Multipurpose Room Students will be served an evening snack before the class begins. SVA - Monday 3:35-5:00 pm and Tuesdays 2:30-4:00 pm, transcenDANCE class STEAM - Thursday and Friday 3:05-4:35 pm, transcenDANCE class Participation and registration are FREE. This program is being offered at no cost to students and is funded through our Extended Student Services, Expanded Learning Program. Enrollment in the ESS program is not necessary or required to participate.
